We understand that our clients and customers are very busy and we work hard to accommodate every situation, including mail-away closings, providing mobile notary closers and flexible closing schedules.
When the closing is completed the first step is to prepare the recording package and send it to the Clerk of the Circuit Court in the county where the property is located. Most files are recorded without trouble, but occasionally recordings are rejected and need to be corrected and resubmitted. After the recording process is complete, the original Deed and/or Mortgage are returned to Bella Title Company; at this point we will prepare the Lenders Title Policy and/or the Owners Title Policy. We then forward both the original recorded Warranty Deed and original Owners Title Insurance Policy to the homeowner, and the recorded Mortgage and Loan Policy to your lender.
